We love Sophie!!

I bought Sophie for my daughter after hearing rave reviews about her. We were not disappointed. We love Sophie! She's made of soft rubber, she squeaks, and she's the perfect size for little baby hands to hold on to. We actually lost her at the mall and had to order another one ASAP because my daughter loves her so much. She is absolutely worth every penny.

Buy this toy!

I bought this for my 4 month old son who recently decided that he needs to chew on everything! My husband thought I was nuts spending this much on what looked like a squeak toy, but once he saw our boy enjoying it he didnt care how much it cost. Sophie will keep him occupied for our entire 40 minute commute to and from work/daycare every day. He loves to chew on her face and her feet especially. This toy is the perfect size for his hands and it is easy for him to make her squeak, it is a nice squeaky noise and it makes his face light up! I only wish there was some kind of clip to keep her attached to the baby or the high chair because she gets dropped a lot. Luckily she is easy to clean.

Glorified Dog Toy

Can't believe I fell for it! A reasonable price would be $5.99 -tops. This has become an "at home" toy only because when out in public people give strange looks. I assume they think I'm letting my baby play with a dog toy. I had to leave a negative review because the hype over this thing is out of control.

Love it

My daughter loves Sophie. It's easy for her to hold and chew on...other teethers were too big. I bought 2...one for at home and one to take in the diaper bag.

SOPHIE THE GIRAFFE, IS WORTH EVERY PENNY

MY SON LOVES THIS TEETHER. HE CHEWS ON THE LEG OR THE HEAD AND SWITCHES IT UP WHEN HE GETS BORED. I WAS SCEPTICAL, SINCE IT'S THE MOST EXPENSIVE TEETHER I HAVE SEEN, BUT WHEN I GAVE IT TO MY BOY HE KNEW RIGHT AWAY WHAT TO DO AND NOW INSISTS ON HAVING THIS.

The falling water action from this Waterwheel Play Table encourages creative exploration with cause and effect learning. This imaginative water play center encourages hours of outdoor fun. Pour water into the wide funnel, and activate the water wheel which then spills into the inner and outer harbors. Two molded-in sections function as canals, boats, lakes, harbors and more. An elevated design keeps water at toddler level and also keeps ground dirt clear of water and mud from forming on children's feet. It accommodates up to three children to encourage group play. Two built-in drain plugs allow for easy water removal. The four piece accessory set includes: one cup, two sailboats, and one water wheel tower. Features decorative molded-in fish designs on legs. It can holds up to four gallons of water.

Good Value

I love Step 2 products. They are sturdy and are a great value in my opinion. This table was a steal for twenty-eight bucks and I highly recommend it to others. It can be used inside (with toys, not water) and outside (with water) for optimal fun! Great way to get a water toy that the dogs can't play in too!

Great for backyard or patio fun!

My 2yr old loves this thing and so do we. Its great for the backyard or even a small covered patio. Its especially nice when its warm out because she gets to play as well as cool off - plus I dont have to worry about her drowning if I turn my back! Definitely a Good Buy for outdoor fun!

Best money EVER spent

We got this table when my daughter was not even walking yet and she pulled herself up on it. She is going to be 3 this May and still LOVES this table. Besides being fantastic to fill up on the front porch in the summer time and let her have at it, I also use it in the winter - I put it in the kitchen and fill it with either rice or sudsy water. Sure she gets some on the floor, but it sweeps/vacuums up easily, and you just put a bucket under the drain plugs to empty it. Awesome for a snowed-in day! I would completely recommend this for anyone!

fun water table

My one year old son got this for his 1st birthday. It was a rainy day so we set it up in our kitchen. He played there for over an hour (his attention span is not normally that long) along with his two big sisters (ages 6 and 8). I think they had just as much fun as he did. I think it will last a long time and will be a great thing for them to play with when the weather warms up. My only thing is that I wish it had a cover to keep bugs out when not in use. That is the only reason I gave it 4 stars.

Boy and Girl Twins, Mommy, Daddy and Teenage Older Brother All Appreciate This Toy

We call this cute music player the baby pod, and we all find the music to be quite pleasant even after months of hearing the same 6-8 songs over and over and over again. Seriously, so many baby toys can get annoying, but this one has done a great job of avoiding that overbearing quality that is so common. It would be nice to have other options like continual loop play or extended melodies, but the toy itself serves it's purpose. The flashing lights are an added bonus, and my babies stick the handle in their mouths (like everything else) for teething. This is a great toy to stop the fussies on a car trip or just for fun anytime.

Rating :

Calms my 3 month old daughter down and makes her smile

Her grandmother bought this toy for her at 2 months old. She LOVES it! When ever she starts to fuss and we can't calm her down, we turn this on and she completely stops and looks at it and starts smiling. She no longer has colic. She would cry for a couple of hours at night and we would try EVERYTHING. Now we just turn this on and she stops. I would recommend this to everyone.

Rating :

good sound, not to loud

Most baby toys are too loud and sound terrible, with that tinny/bad speaker sound. The baby Einstein sound is just right. The volume is not to loud and the quality is excellent compared to most other kids toys. The tunes are great and do not get annoying even after listening to them over and over. It is easy for an infant to hold and the lights grab their attention and hold it.
I would definitely buy this again.

Rating :

just okay

I bought this for my 10m. old son. He would carry it around and chew on it for a few minutes but that is about it. It really didn't hold his interest. Sometimes the button for the music gets stuck too. It is cute, maybe better for a younger baby.

Rating :

good toy

I think I liked this toy more than my son. I bought it when he was 3 mos. That was too early I think, cuz his arms were not that srong and sometimes he hit his head with it. The music and colors are fine. The worst thing is that sound comes from the back and when the toy is on the floor (we have carpet) u can barely hear it. Also sometimes when music is playing and u push the button to change it nothing happens (have to push it twice). Overall that's a good musical toy

LOVE IT

My son is 5 months and he loves this! It took him a bit to understand how it worked and what to do but now he is so happy when he is in it and playing and working out his legs! We love it!

Rainforest Jumperoo

My baby LOVES this! He's 5 months old & has been using his Jumperoo for about a month now. All the reviews have been right on. He's still a bit too short for it so I've got something under his feet until he can touch the floor. He played in it for almost an hour this morning & had the best time. I highly recommend it.

Best baby purchase EVER!!

My only regret is that we didn't purchase this earlier, so that we could have used it for our other 3 children.

It collapses very easily and is therefore quite portable when we visit friends and family. We bought this when my son was about 4 1/2 months. According to Amazon, I purchased this on March 3, 2009 and one year later he is still able to use it!

We used various swings, wraps, and bouncies throughout the years, but this is by far the most successful purchase and definitely our wisest investment!

4-Month Enjoys for a Few Minutes

Watch Video Here: http://www.amazon.com/review/R180L5I9XMZC5X The video says it all.

My babe enjoys the Jumperoo for a few minutes and then cries out for me. She loves to watch her praise dvd, but maybe I'll let her watch while on a Jumperoo.

Like most mothers, Im trying to find some healthy space for me and my daughter. Its hard to carry her 24/7 so Id have to be inventive as I do other chores.

Jumperoo is a nice addition to our play time. Colors are nice and she likes to jump and touch the toys. But her legs couldnt reach the floor so my husband made a platform for her.

My daughter has a fisher price cradle swing that she'll outgrow soon. We're transitioning to her playmat and Jumperoo. I'll keep you posted if there is any change.

The baby liked the "Bendy Ball"

this toy was very colorful and caught the baby's attention from the start. I purchased this toy as a Christmas gift. It was easy for the baby to grasp and hold on to, she loved the rattle when she shook it, and the colors were great. I like it because it was soft and pliable so it was safe for children and furniture.

His Favorite Toy

My son loves this toy. He has had it for two months and he is six months old now. He loves grabbing it, trying to chew on it, banging it on things, and just staring at it. I don't know what I would do without it on car trips because it keeps him occupied!

BabyEinstein Bendy Ball

I purchased the Bendy Ball for my four-month old grandson for Christmas. It cost $29.95 and does absolutely nothing. For that price I felt it should light up or at least make a noise. I really feel it should not cost over $9.99. The only positive thing it has are the holes for easy gripping but you can find a ball like that for 1/3 of the price. I ended up sending it back and would definitely not recommend it or purchase one as a baby gift again.

Question : can 6 month old drink 9-24 month formula?
Been pumping all day - am now dry - only formula in the house is a sample sent from pre-birth of 9-24 month formula. He is starving and I don't have a car to run to the store, hubby wont be home for awhile, is it safe to give a 6 month old that or is that not good? sry typing like this half trying to pump/write this/take care of baby..../sighhoshi- not to go off on you but I am so stressed and upset and angry and all those hormonally great things women are prone to, and if I could latch my son on, I would do that besides pumping, it seems every question I ask about pumping or bottles people always say why can't you just latch him on (not saying you said that exactly, but) I am so angry because people don't understand not everybody can latch there babies on not everybody can have there babies at the boob like it is so naturally done, well it's not that easy for everybody and I wish these people would understand that and not give people crap about pumping when they are at least trying there damned hardest to get there child the best they can with that they can work with when that is all they have, why can't people see that?!?! Is it so bad that people pump?! At least I am trying to give my baby what I can, I have been pumping none stop trying my hardest and don't want to do formula but I don't want my baby to starve!

Answer:
theres no harm in trying it i gave my son cow and gate for hungry babys health visiter said he was to young for it but it was the only milk that filled him at the time and it never did him any harm they say it can lay heavy on there stomach which will make them a bit sicky but he is your son so you decide

Question : Is Pembury Hospital in Tunbridge Wells a good hospital for giving birth at?
We are moving to Tunbridge Wells and my wife is 24 months pregnant. Pembury Hospital has had a lot of bad reviews, but a some good, saying its old, but the staff were friendly. Apparently its going to be replaced with a brand new Hospital this year. My wife doesn't want to give birth at a birthing unit place e.g (Crowborough), so is Pembury ok?

Answer:
Try the Tunbridge Wells zoo - your wife must be an elephant to be pregnant that long.

My baby is 13 months old.She drinks cow and gate from her birth.First stage 1,then stage3 and now she is on stage 4.Stage 4 says i can continue with it upto 24 months. But at the same time i saw cow & Gate Growing up milk is sold in the shops for babies 1-3 yrs.I already started buying them. But they r too costly. But they r tasty. My baby likes that.I am not worried abt the cost.I just want to know, whether people use growing up milk bottles for travel purpose(bcz they r ready to eat) or daily for babies usual milk? Normally people shift to COWS MILK when their baby is 1 yr.But i want to continue with formula upto my baby is 18 months. The problem of growing up milk is they r sold ready to eat form just like other ready to use milk. They dont have any packet of powder milk.People who wants to advice me on cows milk,or as i am not worried abt the cost so i can continue should not answer this question.I am expecting answers from those mums who use growing up milk as babies usual daily milk

Question : No period one month after stopping birth control?
I took loestrin 24 for two months, didn't like it so I stopped all birth control. It's been a month since I've been off the pill, I did have a light with-drawl spotting for two days. I have been sexually active and he didn't pull out, hence I want to get pregnant. I would think I would have gotten my period already since I wasn't on the pill that long. How much longer should I wait for my period to come? I am hoping I'm pregnant but I doubt it.

Question : i have a question about formula?
one can of formula can say birth to 12 months and another of the same brand says 9 to 24 months (maybe less, not too sure). what is the diffrence between using the 9-24 instead of birth to 12 when my son turns 9 months old?my son refuses to eat baby food, i know that some babys just eat when they are ready but for cryin out loud, he is 8 months old!! i have to trick him an put abuot half a jar in a bottle once or twice a day! arghhhhh, is this okay??i have been trying to give him baby food (cereal) since he was 5 months old. i have passed the 15 trys mark!!he eats my food all the time but wont eat his mashed up baby food, last night i fed him my noodles, he also likes pinwheels.

Answer:
Stage 2 formula is pretty much usless. Stick with stage 1, then at 11.5 months, add a little cows milk, then a little more, etc ...

Question : Loestrin 24 Birth Control Question?
I switched from YASMIN BC To Loestrin 24 a month ago. I'm barely finishing my FIRST PACK...& I take my LAST reminder pill TODAY. There are 4 reminder pills & I have already tookin WED, THUR, FRI & take the last pill today. So the THING is...I haven't gotten my period yet. I'm spotting a TINY TINY bit. I have no idea why it hasn't came FULLY yet.Has this happend to anyone? Can someone help me out andtell me wat could be the reason.Thanx for the answer in advance

Answer:
Sounds like your body is just adjusting to the new hormone levels from your new pill, especially since this pill has a shorter placebo/reminder week. Just keep taking your pill as directed, whether you are bleeding or not, your cycles might be a little screwy for the next few months. If you are concerned at all about pregnancy, you take take a drugstore test just to put yourself at ease.

Question : Why not continue after birth after 9 months (ex. 9months and counting)?
Why is that when we are carried in the womb for 9 months that we don't continue after we are born and not start a month later at 10 months? We have to start over at 1 - 12 months again and after 24 months we start at 3 years old. If we, picked up from 9 months, then 10 months, 11 months etc, how old are we really?

Answer:
well that would make me 27 and 6 and a half monts on your theory of 9 months adition ad 27,7and half on 10 months but i was 6 weeks early so i would be 27 and 4 months!!!
